Objections and complaints about any service provided in our laboratory are examined within our quality system with the ‘Complaint Form’. The principle of our company is to solve the problem with the customer without losing time. The results to be reported to the complainant are prepared objectively, reviewed and approved by the person (s) who are not involved in the laboratory activity subject to the complaint. The decision taken as a result of the evaluation is sent to the customer via e-mail.
